Senior centers at Butler, Chicora, Cranberry, Evans City, Mars, Slippery Rock, North Central, Mount Chestnut and the Southeast Center will serve these menus for the next week beginning tomorrow.

Menus are subject to changes.

Meals are served at noon at all sites except Butler (11:30 a.m.). Reservations are requested two days in advance.

All meals are served with bread, margarine and 2 percent milk.

WEDNESDAY — Beef brasciole with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, white bread and cottage cheese with sliced peaches

THURSDAY — Tomato and white wine braised chicken thigh, rice pilaf, mixed-bean medley, wheat bread and cupcake

FRIDAY — Baked cabbage roll with tomato sauce, garlic whipped potatoes, corn, roll and cinnamon apples

MONDAY — Burgandy beef with mushrooms over egg noodles, broccoli, carrots, wheat bread and fruit salad.

TUESDAY — Chili con carne, tossed salad with tomato and dressing; baked potato, corn drop biscuit and Mandarin oranges.
