Thomas S. Bellaji Sr., 76, of Butler died Tuesday.

He retired from Armco Steel after 32 years and was a member of the Slovak Club and American Legion Post 778.

Thomas was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He was the beloved husband of Martha (Hutchens) Bellaji; loving father of Thomas (Marsha) Bellaji, Andrew (Robyn) Bellaji, Jennifer (Don) Wagner, Jon (Beth) Bellaji, Christopher (Celeste) Hutchens, Kelly (Ray) Schnur and Bryan (Andrea) Hutchens; brother of Kathrynann Evans; grandfather of 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John; and his niece, Melissa.
