Barbara Jo Davis
Barbara Jo Davis, 50, of Slippery Rock passed away Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital following an 11 month illness.
She was born in Grove City on April 8, 1967, to Raymond Leslie Crocker and Virginia Edith McKnight Crocker.
She married Bradley James Davis on June 3, 2006.
She had worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a supervisor at the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
She was an active member of Highland Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock where she was an elder and Sunday school teacher and had previously served as a deacon.
Survivors include her husband, Brad, at home; two sons, Tyler J. (Erica) Beachem and her grandson, Cooper, of Grove City, and Aric L. Beachem of Slippery Rock; her daughter, Brittany J. Beachem of Slippery Rock; her mother, Virginia Crocker of Grove City; her father, Raymond (Nina) Crocker of Slippery Rock; two brothers, Raymond Leslie Crocker Jr. of Wexford, and Daniel D. Crocker of Peachtree City, Ga.; a stepbrother, Daniel (Kim) Wheeler of Grove City; three stepsisters, Robin (Randy) Gassner of Mercer, Jodi Smith of Fort Myers, Fla., and Tammy (Tom) Ludolff of Butler.
DAVIS — The family of Barbara Jo Davis, who died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Smith Funeral Home, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Highland Presbyterian Church, 310 Franklin St., Slippery Rock, where funeral services at 11 a.m. will be held with the Rev. Jeff Curtis, pastor of the church, presiding.
