SAXONBURG — The following court cases were recently heard by District Judge Sue Haggerty.

Austin James Caccamo, 21, of Butler, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension filed Dec. 29 by Penn Township Police. Fines and costs were $1,017.

Erika J. Porter, 37, of Gibsonia, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, following too closely and a turning violation filed Jan. 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Christian J. Sheasley, 48, of Hermitage, waived to court charges of home improvement fraud (three counts) and theft by deception (three counts) filed Jan. 18, Nov. 13 and Jan. 22 by Penn Township police.

Anthony James Willison, 30, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a vehicle registration violation filed Dec. 29 by Penn Township police.

Erin Elizabeth Holehan, 44, of Valencia, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed Jan. 17 by Middlesex Township police.

Cassie Jo Woods, 28, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance (11 counts), tampering with records (14 counts), forgery (two counts), theft by unlawful taking (11 counts) and theft by deception (11 counts) filed Dec. 12 by Saxonburg police.

Tedilee Sweeney, 40, of Arnold, waived to court charges of drug delivery resulting in death, manufacturing of controlled substance, involuntary manslaughter and criminal use of a communication facility filed Sept. 26 by Saxonburg police.

Emily Rickman, 33, of Cabot, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 28 by Buffalo Township police. Fines and costs totaled $517.50.

Jason J. Young, 33, of Sarver, was held for court on charges of indecent assault of an unconscious person, indecent assault without consent, indecent assault of a person under 16, and endangering the welfare of children filed Jan. 24 by Buffalo Township police.

Mark Anthony Degroot, 34, of Sarver, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, public drunkenness, driving without a license, driving without insurance, obstructed window, retail theft, invalid inspection, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, and failure to carry registration filed Jan. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Mark Anthony Latimore, 27, of New Castle, waived to court charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering, terroristic threats and aggravated assault filed Nov. 13 by Penn Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O'Donnell recently heard the following cases:Marah Corrine Pierce, 25, of Indiana waived to court charges of DUI, disregard for traffic lane and careless driving, filed Nov. 17 by state police.Abdullahi Osman Abdullahi, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and operating a vehicle with no rear lights, filed Sept. 2 by state police.Anthony N. Cogley, 39, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possession with intent to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance, filed Dec. 7 by Butler Township police.Howard Busha, 44, of Valencia pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $805.50 in fines and costs.Katressa A. Savisky, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on right side of road, driving on roads laned for traffic, careless driving; restrictions on alcoholic beverages, driving a vehicle without certificate of inspection.Brandon M.
