Robert H. Lytle Sr.
Robert H. Lytle Sr., 80, of Mars, formerly of Zelienople and Economy Borough, passed away Tuesday morning at home.
Born March 25, 1937, in Canonsburg, he was a son of the late William and Margaret Henry Lytle.
Robert had been a service man for Columbia Gas and then was an Anglican deacon with St. Thomas in the Fields Anglican Church in Gibsonia.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a life member of the Economy Volunteer Fire Department. He was also a member of Dallas Lodge 231 F&AM in Pittsburgh.
Surviving are his wife, Marjorie McClelland Lytle, whom he married June 30, 1962; a son, Robert Lytle Jr., and his wife, Robin, of Mars; a daughter, Lorraine Kristyak, and her husband, Daniel, of Hatfield, Pa.; his grandchildren, Robbie Jay Rossick, Joseph Rausch, Maegan McClintock, Jennifer Lytle and Amanda Lytle; a great-grandson, Owen Lytle; and a sister, Janet Pallaria of Canonsburg.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William Lytle; and two sisters, Evelyn and Doris Lytle.

Lytle Sr., who died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Thomas in the Fields Anglican Church, 4106 St. Thomas Drive, Gibsonia, with the Rev. Ron Baillie celebrant.
