Dorothy A. Rasp Bray, 101, formerly of Shaler, passed away Wednesday morning in the Grove at Harmony.

Born in Indiana Township, Allegheny County, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Veronica Sarah Eisele Rasp of Evans City.

Dorothy was Lutheran by faith.

She had retired from the A&P Store in North Hills as a meat packager. She belonged to UFCW Local 23.

Dorothy enjoyed gardening and canning. She especially liked baking. Most of all, she loved family functions.

Dorothy is survived by one sister, Sarah R. Graham of Grove City; two sisters-in-law, Elizabeth J., wife of the late William Rasp, of Evans City and Ruth E., wife of the late Calvin Rasp, of Zelienople. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark E. Bray, who died April 15, 1988; three brothers, William, Calvin, and Charles and his wife, Elizabeth S. Rasp; one sister, Florence V. Frew; and a brother-in-law, George J. Graham.
