Three hurt in Route 8 accident
BUTLER TWP — Three people suffered minor injuries in a T-bone accident at 7:15 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Cooledge Street and Route 8.
A male driver and a female passenger from a Jeep Cherokee and a man from a Dodge sedan were all taken to Butler Memorial Hospital by Butler Ambulance Service, fire officials said.
The occupants of the Jeep were not entrapped, but firefighters removed the driver's side door to make it easier to assist the driver in getting out.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The Butler City Fire Department also responded and Butler Township police investigated.
