Donna L. Sweeney
Donna L. Sweeney, 74, of Brackenridge, formerly of Petrolia, passed away Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter, Debbie.
“Mom, every minute from the days I was yours and you were mine, It was love. When you left you said it was OK because we knew there would be another day.”
She was born Nov. 25, 1943, in Chicora, the daughter of the late Howard A. and Dorothy E. Andre Swartzlander.
Donna enjoyed cooking and was a cook at Centurian Restaurant, a bartender at Lantzers Bar & Grill in Petrolia and the All Stars Bar and Restaurant in East Brady.
She liked nature, drawing, gardening, crocheting, puzzles, and taking care of her family.
Donna is leaving behind to cherish her memory her loving family: two daughters, Debbie Gamble and Bette Landgraf, both of Brackenridge; two sons, Patrick Sweeney and Tedd Sweeney, both of Brackenridge; her grandchildren, Bradley Landgraf, Kayla Moore, Ashlyn Landgraf, Tiffany Gamble and James Moore; her great-granddaughter, Aurora Wolfe; several nieces and nephews; her sister, Darlene and Ken Ace of Chicora; and her brother, Ron and Lana Swartzlander of Chicora.
