Richard “Scott” Sequete

Richard “Scott” Sequete, 56, of San Tan Valley, Ariz., passed away March 10 at Mayo Clinic Hospital after battling acute myeloid leukemia.

He was born July 9, 1961, in Butler.

He is survived by his dedicated, faithful and loving family, his wife, Michelle and her immediate family; a daughter, Brook and her husband, Chris; a stepson, Corey Kershner; his parents, Dick and Nancy Sequete; his sisters, Pam and her husband, Terry Baldauf, and Carla Sequete and her husband, Tim Stephenson; his nephews, Brent and his wife, Nicole Baldauf, and children, Ryan and his wife, Stephanie Baldauf and children, and Cameron Stephenson and children; his grandchildren, Jakobe, Leo and Brody; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles; countless friends and co-workers; and pets, past and present.

Scott was a compassionate, loving, caring and tremendous husband, son, father, Papa and friend. His love for our Heavenly Father could be seen in how he reached out to care for the needs of others, especially his family. He loved us all in a special and unique way that cannot be duplicated.

His passing is beyond words. Our Heavenly Father felt it fit to call him home and to be at peace. We, who are left behind, will grieve for our loss, but will rejoice for his final journey home.

SEQUETE — Friends of Richard “Scott” Sequete, who died Saturday, March 10, 2018, will be received from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Boylan Funeral Home and Cremation Center of Connequenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
