Man accused of indecent assault
BUTLER TWP — A 63-year-old township man is accused of inappropriately touching two young children and attempting to fondle a third child.
Butler Township police Thursday charged Paul Raymond Miller with 15 criminal counts in connection with their investigation. Police said they learned of the allegations in March.
One of those children told investigators the abuse happened within the past year and the other claimed it happened about one year ago.
Police said the defendant denied all the allegations April 26 when he appeared with his attorney at the station for an interview.
The defendant is expected to turn himself in for arraignment Monday at the office of District Judge Kevin O'Donnell.
