An unidentified man has been flown by medical helicopter to an area hospital after a motorcycle crash on Route 68.

OAKLAND TWP-- An unidentified man has been flown by medical helicopter to an area hospital after a motorcycle crash on Route 68, shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday.

Emergency responders said the man was driving the west on the road at about 7:15 p.m. when the crash occurred in the area of O'Donnell Car Wash, on the 700 block of Chicora road.

The man, who was not immediately identified, was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hosptial, according to emergency responders.

There was no immediate information on his condition or the nature of his injuries.
