LANCASTER TWP — Township police are investigating a fatal vehicle accident on Route 19 Friday night that took the life of a township man.

Officers pronounced David Vandoren, Lancaster Township, dead at the scene at around 10:30 p.m.

The department's initial investigation found that Teresa Lim, of Colorado, was driving southbound on Route 19 when she passed a vehicle in a no passing zone and hit Vandoren's motorcycle head on near Salt Works Road.

The Harmony Fire District, Harmony EMS, and Jackson Township police assisted Lancaster township officers at the scene.
