Cynthia Lee “Squirrel” Wilson
Cynthia Lee “Squirrel” Wilson, 60, of Chicora died unexpectedly Sunday evening at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born March 19, 1958, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Geraldine Eyth MacKrell.
She was a member of the Women of the Chicora Moose, National Rifle Association and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing and sitting and watching birds.
She was a devoted homemaker.
She was a Christian and a staunch Republican.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Wilson, whom she married Aug. 7, 1983; two sons, Jerry Wilson of Butler, Dan Wilson and his friend, Trishia Webber, of Butler; a granddaughter, Sadie Webber of Butler; a sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and John Rodgers of Chicora; and a brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Jean MacKrell of Chicora.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Bob MacKrell; and a sister, Joanne Hicks.
WILSON — There will be no visitation and no viewing for Cynthia Lee “Squirrel” Wilson, who died Sunday, July 8, 2018.A graveside blessing service and interment will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Hemphill Cemetery in Chicora, and will be officiated by the Rev.
