Ruth Agnes Conrad Erb, 71, of Allegheny Township passed away Friday at her home.

A daughter of the late Albert Joseph Conrad and Mary Katherine Shuler Conrad, she was born Jan. 15, 1947, in Butler.

Ruth was employed as a certified nurses aide (CNA) by Valley View Nursing Home and Fair Winds Manor Nursing Center in Winfield Township before retirement.

She was a member of Christ the King Parish in Gilpin Township. Ruth volunteered for Community Services at Allegheny Township VFC No. 1 and at the St. Vincent de Paul store in Apollo.

She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and watching “Let's Make A Deal.”

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Donald L. Erb of Allegheny Township; two sons, Paul J. Erb of Allegheny Township and Christopher J. (Shelby) Erb of Hyde Park; two brothers, Paul Conrad of Butler and Robert Conrad of Arkansas; one sister, Grace (Charles) Crispin of East Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Roselie Fundark.

ERB — Friends of Ruth Agnes Conrad Erb, who died Friday, Aug. 17, 2018, will be welcomed by her family from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg. There will be no parting prayers of transfer at the funeral home.Everyone is asked to please meet at the church for her Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Christ the King Parish, 125 Park Road, Gilpin Township, with the Rev. Arnel Estrella officiating.
