Marsha Geoghagan Wissinger
Marsha Geoghagan Wissinger, 60, of Butler died on Sept. 21 following a long battle with lung disease.
Born June 11, 1958, in Ashburn, Ga., Marsha was the daughter of the late Harold Lee and Melba (Minter) Geoghagan.
She was a 1976 graduate of Ashburn High School and worked most recently as faculty secretary at Thiel College in Greenville, Pa.
Marsha was a former member of the First Baptist Church of Ashburn, Ga.
Marsha had a passion for playing softball with her sisters and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
She enjoyed cross-stitching and RV-ing across the country to visit children and grandchildren with her husband of 26 years, William.
In addition to her husband, Marsha is survived by four children, Brook (Cliff) Rodnok of St. Augustine, Fla., Cory Bullington of Leesburg, Ga., Jessica (Dwayne) Arnett of Cordele Ga., and Michael Moore of Palatka, Fla.; two stepsons, Brian (Jordan) Wissinger, of Manchester, Conn., and Bradley (Aimee) Wissinger of Virginia Beach, Va.; 15 grandsons, Devin, Ayden, Ethan, Rylan, Caden, Trae, Noah, Seth, Adam, Dylan, Trevor, Blake, Brantley, Chase and Landen; and one granddaughter, Tatem.
Marsha also is survived by two sisters, Sheree (David) Hickman of Ashburn, Ga., and Robin Satchell of Tallahassee, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Debi Davis.
