A man was injured this morning when the vehicle he was driving crashed into the side of a building on New Castle Road in Butler Township around 10:55 a.m.

BUTLER TWP — A man was injured this morning when the vehicle he was driving crashed into the side of a building on New Castle Road in Butler Township around 10:55 a.m.

Witnesses said the man apparently drove out of a bay at the Morgan Car Wash before he slammed into the building that houses the Butler Cleaners Coin Laundromat and six apartments.

A Butler Ambulance Service crew tended to the man, who suffered a cut on his head. The injury did not appear serious.

Butler Township Police are investigating.

The vehicle was removed from the scene around 11:40 a.m.

No other information was immediately available.
