Cecelia M. Muiter

On Tuesday, Cecelia M. Muiter, 79, of McCandless Township, beloved wife of 60 years to Raymond P. Muiter, passed away.

Cecelia retired after 25 years of service with various banks.

She was active with her dear card playing friends, the North Hills Newcomers and Friends, and many lifelong friends, who will cherish her memory.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Steven D. (Cheryl) Muiter of Plum Boro, Michael P. (Stephanie) Muiter of Stanley, Va., Ann C. Cook of Melbourne, Fla., Sharon (Russ) Ventro of Palm Bay, Fla., and Gregory P. (Denise) Muiter of Wexford.

She also was the proud grandmother of Jeremy, Kevin, Katie, Patrick, Daniel, Stacey, Stephanie, Casey, Jenny, Robby, Andrew and Colin; and five great-grandchildren.

Cecelia was preceded in death by her grandson, Bradley Muiter.

MUITER — Friends of Cecelia M. Muiter, who died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Simons Funeral Home, 7720 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Catherine of Sweden, 2554 Wildwood Road, Allison Park.Please visit www.simonsfuneralhome.com.
