Irma L. Ziegler
Irma L. Ziegler, 97, of Evans City passed away Friday while under the care of Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford.
Born Nov. 30, 1920, in Nowrytown, she was the daughter of the late John Turner Young and Annamaude Millen Young.
Irma was a member of Grace Church of Harmony. She loved to fish and enjoyed spending time at the beach.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: her daughter Melanee (Bill) Buzard, of Evans City; her grandchildren: Ami (Scott) Halin, of Evans City; Jody (James) Goetz, of Harrisville; and Wendy Frederick, of Butler; her great-grandsons: Nicholas Goetz and Jameson Halin; many nieces and nephews; and her cherished sister-in-law: Betty Young; and niece: Susan Ziegler.
In addition to her parents, Irma was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles E. Ziegler; a daughter, Judy Brizendine; three brothers: Joseph, Laverne and Merle Young; and one sister: Ila Householder.
Ziegler — Services for Irma Ziegler, who died Friday, Nov. 9, 2018, will be held privately by her immediate family. She will be laid to rest at English Lutheran Church Cemetery in Zelienople.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Irma's honor to Grace Church of Harmony, 538 Main St., Harmony, PA 16037, or to the Salvation Army, 313 W.
