BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Matthew R. Beran, 19, of Boyers pleaded guilty to charges of failing to pull over for an emergency vehicle and driving with expired vehicle registration, filed March 14 by township police. Beran was ordered to pay $236 in fines and court costs.

Christopher J. Diaz, 26, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with an inoperable side mirror, filed July 7 by township police.

Richard G. Dills, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, not using turn signals, using an incorrect lane in a construction zone, disobeying traffic control device and careless driving, filed July 11 by township police.

Michael D.J. Gates, 26, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, following too closely to another vehicle, two improper passing violations, disregarding traffic lanes, failing to pull over for an emergency vehicle, not using turn signals, careless driving and reckless driving, filed June 25 by state police.

Betty J. George, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief. George was ordered to pay $290.61 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Thomas W. McCune Jr., 46, of Saxonburg was held for court on a felony count of retail theft and charges of receiving stolen property and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 4 by township police.

Steven C. Smith, 54, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of DUI, two lane violations and not using turn signals, filed March 25 by township police.

Brooke R. Smith-Fair, 21, of Lyndora waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 31 by township police. In a separate case filed July 29 by township police, she waived charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and trespass.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Bradley S. Burroway, 29, of Parker pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and trespass, filed July 7. Burroway was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and court costs.Shane A. Everetts, 21, of North Washington waived to court charges of driving under the influence, hit-and-run, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, careless driving and driving a motorcycle without proper head gear, filed July 28.Jessica L. Ferguson, 27, of Harrisville was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 18.Garrett M. Prorok, 28, of Harrisville was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 18.Thomas M. Prorok, 51, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 18.

Anna, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, hit-and-run and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, filed June 9 by Slippery Rock police.Eric A. Glenghorn, 32, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 27 by state police.Timothy D. Kramer, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed May 18 by state police.Brandon L.
