John Patrick Donofrio
John Patrick Donofrio, 54, of Adams Township, passed away on Saturday at his home.
Born June 23, 1964, in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the son of Ralph Donofrio and the late Margaret “Peggy” McBride Donofrio.
John was a CRM sales rep for 23 years with St. Jude Medical, Inc., and was currently working as a principal mapping specialist for Boston Scientific.
He had served in the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of Treesdale Golf and Country Club.
Surviving are his fiancée, Rachelle Weir; a son, Joseph Anthony (Hayley) Donofrio of Naples, Fla.; a daughter, Jessica Ellen (Spencer) Donofrio of Port Orange, Fla.; his father, Ralph Donofrio of Youngstown, Ohio; a brother, Michael (Erin) Donofrio of Struthers, Ohio; two sisters, Maureen Donofrio of Struthers, Ohio, and Michelle (Mike) Fabian of Boardman, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and his former spouse Dana Donofrio (Bill Waldschmidt) of Valencia.
