Man accused of selling fentanyl lands in county prison on six-figure bail
A Butler man is behind bars on $100,000 bail for allegedly selling heroin that actually contained fentanyl to a police informant last fall in the city’s Island neighborhood.
Butler police arrested 43-year-old Donald J. Dobson Thursday around 6:15 p.m. at his home on Walker Avenue.
The charges stem from a Butler County Task Force investigation that included a controlled drug buy, authorities said.
His preliminary hearing was tentatively scheduled for March 18 at Fullerton’s office in Butler.
