Police chase down, arrest alleged drugged driver turned runner
A 43-year-old Concord Township man believed to be high on drugs was arrested early this morning after leading authorities on vehicle chase lasting more than 20 miles that ended with a foot chase through woods in Clay Township.
Troopers from two counties finally caught Lenny D. Porter in the area of Route 308 and Mahood Road but not before one of the officers deployed a Taser, which proved ineffective.
Police allege Porter was under the influence of a controlled substance and also in possession of THC oil.
