Ryan Greer scored three goals for Seneca Valley as the Raiders surprised Shady Side Academy, 10-6, in boys lacrosse action recently.

Luke Kopriva made 20 saves in goal for Seneca Valley and Jimmy Border had a dominant game in the faceoff circle.

The Raiders improved to 2-1 on the season.

Freeport 13, Seton LaSalle 1 — Carter Dougherty scored four goals for the Yellowjackets and Chase Haberstroh had five assists.

Gabe Brunck and Caleb Leyland scored two goals each for Freeport while freshmen Garret King, Joey Molinaro, Sean Riley and Andrew Sullivan all found the net.
