Fish Fry
Using old-fashioned iron skillets, cooks prepare some of the 400 pounds of fish used for the weekly dinners sponsored by St. Mary’s Parent-Teacher Guild for the benefit of St. Mary’s School in Herman in April 1976. At left is Mrs. Robert Schnur with Mrs. Eugene Gallagher. About 950 customers would enjoy the Friday Lenten meals.
