Man accused of sexually assaulting girl at party
CONCORD TWP — A Butler Township man accused of getting into a teenager's bed and sexually assaulting her was placed in the Butler County Prison on Friday.
Austin C. Miller, 24, of Lyons Road was arraigned Friday night before District Judge Lewis Stoughton on charges of unlawful contact with a minor, indecent exposure, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
State Police reports said the 15-year-old victim told a child forensic interviewer from the county Alliance for Children on April 1 that Miller attended a Halloween party in October 2016 hosted by her older sister at a home in Concord Township. When the victim went to her bedroom to go to sleep, police reports state, Miller entered her bedroom, got in bed with the victim and sexually assaulted her.
