Joan E. Myers
Joan E. Myers, 80, of Butler passed away on Sunday at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where she had lived for the past four years.
She was born Jan. 16, 1939, in Punxsutawney, and was the daughter of the late Jonas Deahl and the late Helen (Timblin) Deahl.
Joan was a housewife and a member of Nixon United Methodist Church.
Joan also enjoyed square dancing.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald R. Myers of Butler; two sons, Rodney Myers of Butler and Bryan Myers and his wife, Linda, of Cana, Va.; one daughter, Deanna Moser, and her husband, Jerry, of Butler; three brothers, William Deahl and his wife, Carol, of St. Marys, Pa., Robert Deahl and his wife, Joanne, of Rossiter, Pa., and Gary Deahl and his wife, Joyce, of Rossiter, Pa.; one sister, Diane Deahl-Cauvel and her husband, Michael, of Brookville, Pa.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Dale A. Myers.
MYERS — Family and friends of Joan E. Myers, who died Sunday, March 24, 2019, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 p.m. until the time of service at 8 p.m. Thursday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler, with the Rev.
