Woman seriously injured in motorcycle accident has died
A motorcyclist has died of injuries she suffered in a three-vehicle crash last week in Butler.
Roshelle R. Davenport, 50, was pronounced dead at 9:45 a.m. Monday at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh where she was taken following the July 3 wreck, Butler police said.
Dutter-Davenport was flown by medical helicopter to the hospital where she remained in critical condition for days, before it was decided to end life support, according to her daughter Tanni Milligan.
Davenport's body was later transferred to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office. No one at the office was available for comment.
Police are investigating but did not provide details about the crash, citing the ongoing investigation Monday.
