Mars gets $1 million RACP grant
MARS — Mars Borough has secured a $1 million state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant to go toward its Mars Discovery Center.
The funding will help the borough move forward with purchasing a location for the center, which will be a NASA STEAM educational facility. The grant was awarded the day after dignitaries toured the borough to review its potential for a NASA center and other community developments.
