Police on look out for PNC Bank robbery suspect

The suspect is believed to have robbed the PNC Bank near the intersection of Route 19 and North Boundary Road in the Cranberry Township

CRANBERRY TWP — Authorities are on the lookout for a bank robbery suspect that took off on foot from a PNC Bank in the township Wednesday afternoon.

Cranberry Township Police confirmed the PNC Bank near the intersection of Route 19 and North Boundary Road in the township was robbed at approximately 4:50 p.m.

Police say the suspect, a white man, is possibly in his late 40s or his early 50s. He was described over emergency dispatch radio as 5-foot-10-inch wearing a camouflage shirt, black hat and dark glasses.

Police did not comment on whether the man was armed or not.
