Vanasdale announces write-in campaign for judge
Jennifer Gilliland-Vanasdale is not down for the count.
The attorney is running for Butler County Common Pleas judge as a write-in candidate in November.
Vanasdale lost in the cross-filed primary election against William “Wink” Robinson, for the open seat in Butler County's family court, which opened when Judge Marilyn Horan moved to the federal bench in Pittsburgh in October of last year.
In May, Vanasdale lost in the primary on the Democratic side by only six votes. She started a recount application that she then halted.
