Toddler, driver hurt in crash

A female toddler was one of two people injured in a two-vehicle accident Monday in Oakland Township that involved a pickup truck and a minivan.

A female toddler was one of two people injured in a two-vehicle accident Monday in Oakland Township.

A minivan and a small pickup truck collided at 246 Oneida Valley Road at 1:16 p.m.

Details of the accident were not available, but a man driving the truck and the toddler, who was a passenger in the van, were injured and taken by East Butler Volunteer fire Department ambulances to an area hospital, said Ken Blatt, assistant chief of the Oneida Valley Volunteer Fire Department.

State police investigated the accident.
