Lyndora woman in jail on drug charges after crash
A Lyndora woman landed behind bars after Butler police say they found more than 200 stamp bags of suspected heroin, prescription pills and other contraband in her purse while investigating an alleged drugged driving crash Monday afternoon.
There also was $1,561 in Deianera E. McEathron’s purse. Police said she acknowledged using and selling heroin.
She was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bond following arraignment.
Patrolman Andrew Niederlander said police were called about 3 p.m. Monday for a three-vehicle wreck at Hansen Avenue and Pillow Street.
