Temporary road closures and traffic delays are coming when reconstruction work begins on North Harrisville and South Harrisville roads in Cherry Township on July 27.

The township received a grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to clean and repair ditches, install drainage, repair culverts, mille and remove the existing road surface, rebuild and stabilize the road base and pave the surface. Weist Asphalt and Paving is doing the work.

Temporary road closures and delays will occur once work beings. The road will be restricted to local traffic.
