Cody Nespor

Cody Nespor has been hired by the Butler Eagle as a web technician and reporter.

He will be in charge of updating the Eagle's website each morning and will spend the afternoon in the newsroom as a reporter.

Born and raised in Mercer, Nespor, 24, graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2018 with a degree in digital media production.

He spent four years covering the Slippery Rock community for SRU's student newspaper, The Rocket, eventually serving as editor in chief in 2017-18.

Nespor graduated in May with a master's degree in journalism from West Virginia University.
