5:38 p.m. Monday — Blase A. Fusco, 57, of Butler was arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to two different tenants at the Greenview Gardens Apartments. He is also accused of knocking on several apartment doors multiple times.Police said they found Fusco seated on a set of concrete steps. When the suspect stood up to be placed in handcuffs, according to court documents, police noted his pants were down around his knees.District Judge Bill O'Donnell arraigned him on two counts of indecent assault and three counts of disorderly conduct. He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bond following arraignment.

Monday — Police charged Michael J. Young Jr., 18, of Butler stemming from a June 9 incident in which sugar was dumped in the gas tank of a vehicle parked on the 500 block of Whitestown Road. A 17-year-old girl was with him at the time, police said.Young is charged with corruption of a minor, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit criminal conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night, and disorderly conduct.Monday — Danielle M. Claypoole, 30, of Butler was charged with shoplifting a combined $204.94 in merchandise in a series of incidents between May 1 and June 20 at the Butler Commons' Walmart. She is charged with a first-degree misdemeanor count of retail theft.4:31 a.m. Sunday — Kristopher R. Brooks, 37, of Butler was allegedly caught with suspected heroin and crack cocaine at the Days Inn on Route 8 south where police arrested him on a bench warrant.Police said they found Brooks at his room at the motel. In the room, according to court documents, officers found in plain view a small amount of suspected crack and seven stamp bags of suspected heroin. Additionally, police allegedly seized numerous empty stamp bags, 26 used syringes, a crack pipe, a small scale and other suspected drug contraband.A search of Brooks, police said, turned up two stamp bags of suspected heroin in his pants pocket. He is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

Monday — David A. Wymer, 21, of Penn Township was charged with drugged driving and having drug contraband following a traffic stop last month in Butler Township. He was stopped around 12:50 a.m. July 13 on the 600 block of Benbrook Road.Wymer was subsequently taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test, which showed he had marijuana in his system, according to court documents. Police said they searched his car and found a vaporizer with suspected THC oil.He is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failing to keep right and careless driving.Monday — Police were notified that someone cut the cable to security equipment at a couple's home on Hannahstown Road in Jefferson Township. Damage was estimated at $75. Police said there are no suspects.9:27 p.m. Saturday — Anthony N. Glennon, 31, of Parker lost control of his minivan, possibly due to mechanical failure, and struck an embankment on Route 268 just south of Kaylor Road in Fairview Township. Glennon was not injured, but his car had to be towed.1:39 p.m. Saturday — A firearm was reportedly found at Protzman and Mitchell Hill roads in Summit Township. Police recovered the gun, and they are investigating the incident.8:17 a.m. Aug. 1 — An unknown suspect attempted to set fire to a 2008 Chevrolet truck that was in a detached garage on Forrester Road in Slippery Rock Township.3:41 a.m. July 29 — Ryan J. Hart, 33, of Jefferson Township was arrested after he allegedly pointed a loaded handgun at a neighbor on the 600 block of Freeport Road. No one was injured.Police said Hart later admitted to walking to the alleged victim's driveway, and when the neighbor walked up to him, he pointed the gun at the other man, according to court documents. He said he immediately put down the gun when told to by the victim.The defendant was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was subsequently searched, documents said, and found with medication for which he didn't have a prescription.Hart was arraigned on charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a controlled substance, and released on his own recognizance.
