Butler woman charged in ambush over alleged love triangle
A love triangle allegedly turned violent when a 22-year-old Butler woman reportedly ambushed another woman she thought was sleeping with her baby's father, according to police.
Caitlin D. Davidson faces felony aggravated assault and other charges for allegedly beating and stomping another woman Sept. 17 for having sex with a man Davidson said she has a child with and who she recently separated from.
Ian D. Goodman, 18, of Butler is also charged in the case with police accusing him of conspiring to arrange the ambush against the victim.
The two were arraigned Monday by District Judge Kevin O'Donnell and were released on their own recognizance after they turned themselves in to police.
