Cranberry artists exhibit work from 'Time of COVID-19'

Art created during the time of COVID, including “en plein air,” is the focus of a new exhibit.

The Cranberry Artists Network will open “Art in the Time of COVID-19” on Tuesday at the Back Hall Gallery in the Cranberry Township Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road in Cranberry Township.

Members of CAN will exhibit paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture, jewelry and pottery they created in the past few months. The artwork will be available to view and purchase.

The virtual opening event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 12. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third places as well as honorable mention.

The exhibit will be available to view in person until Dec. 17 during hours the municipal center is open.
