History walking tours set Saturday in Harmony
Keith Mann, historian and Harmony Society expert, will lead two history walks through Harmony on Saturday, describing how German settlers have influenced the borough’s past and present.
At 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday, Mann will describe Harmony’s historic past as well as its unique architecture. The one-hour outdoor walking tours are sponsored by the Harmony Museum and are limited to 15 people.
To reserve a spot for one of these tours, visit HarmonyMuseum.org, or call the museum at 724-452-7341. The cost is $10 per person, prepaid, which all goes to benefit the Harmony Museum.
Tours will leave from the Main Street side of the museum. Masks are required, and a good pair of walking shoes is recommended.
