Felony drug charges filed in suspected DUI crash that injured 2
A Mercer County couple is facing multiple felonies for possessing “bath salts” stemming from a September suspected drunken driving crash in Muddy Creek Township that left one of them seriously injured.
State police Monday obtained arrest warrants for Malachi M. Graham, 24, of Grove City and Ashley M. Robinson, 29, of Hermitage. Both are charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Graham also is charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, a felony.
Police said Graham was driving a car north on Interstate 79 around 8:15 p.m. Sept. 9 when he crashed. Troopers found the badly damaged Toyota Solara in the center median.
