Traffic slowed on Route 68 following crash

State police said the collision occurred around 2:45 p.m. when a 60-year-old Renfrew woman driving a Cadillac XT4 east on Route 68 stopped to make a left turn onto Rose Haven Drive and was struck from behind by a Chevrolet Trax.

No injuries were reported in a rear-end crash Tuesday afternoon at Route 68 at Rose Haven Drive in Connoquenessing Township.

State police said the collision occurred around 2:45 p.m. when a 60-year-old Renfrew woman driving a Cadillac XT4 east on Route 68 stopped to make a left turn onto Rose Haven Drive and was struck from behind by a Chevrolet Trax.

The other driver was a man believed to be in his 70s. The Connoquenessing Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.

Traffic is slow through the crash scene, but both lanes are open.
