According to Butler County 911 dispatchers, fire departments are being called to close Interstate 79 northbound due to a jackknifed tractor-trailer. The call came in Monday at 9:27 a.m.

The closure will affect the northbound lane at the Route 422 interchange to Route 108 interchange.

Initial reports said traffic was backed up from the accident.

Authorities at the scene told dispatchers the driver was uninjured in the crash, but there was fuel leaking from the vehicle.
