Sylvia Jean Kelley

Sylvia Jean Kelley, 65, of Cabot, passed away on Feb. 15, 2021, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born May 1, 1955, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of Francis Kelley and Jean Miller Kelley.

Sylvia was an insurance agent, working for the J.E. Balicki and Associates Insurance Agency in Natrona Heights. She previously worked for Nationwide.

She was a member of Church at the Heights, where she served in the nursery for 20 years, acted in the Church Christmas plays, and was a faithful volunteer at Streetlight Outreach in Tarentum.

She was very fond of her nieces and nephews and their children.

Surviving are three brothers, Dr. Donald (Dr. Anne) Kelley of Toccoa, Ga.; Alan (PJ) Kelley of Sarver; and David (Kay) Kelley of Drakesboro, Ky.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

KELLEY — Friends of Sylvia Jean Kelley, who died Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

Funeral services will follow at 1:30 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Ralph Vogel officiating.

Interment will follow in Clinton Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
