Pamela Geist

Pamela S. Geist, 62, of Cabot, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Sept. 25, 1958, in Grove City, she was the daughter of William P. McGowan and Clara Vogel McGowan.

Pam worked as a accounts payable coordinator for FedEx. She was a member of West Liberty United Methodist Church. She enjoyed going to blues festivals and the color purple. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her granddaughter, Lydia.

Surviving are husband, George Geist, whom she married April 15, 1994; two sons, Phillip Carosi of North Pole, Alaska, and Bryan Carosi of Butler; three sisters, Karen Hoover of Slippery Rock, Linda (Jerry) Young of Pooler, Ga., and Becky Allison of Slippery Rock; her granddaughter, Lydia Carosi; and her brother-in-law, Bill Buchanan of Slippery Rock.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Doris Buchanan; and two brothers, Patrick McGowan and Gregory McGowan.

Geist — Friends of Pamela S. Geist, who died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, will be received from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, at Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.

Services will be held at noon Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Lewis officiating.

Interment will follow in West Liberty Cemetery.
