Wednesday — Kevin J. Mickle, 42, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after allegedly stealing from Target in Cranberry Township on Sept. 3. Police saw video surveillance of Mickle allegedly taking two vacuum cleaners with a combined value of about $750. Police said Mickle pushed the vacuums out the front exit of the store and did not attempt to pay.Wednesday — Daniel P. Getty, 23, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after allegedly stealing from Lowe's Home Improvement in Cranberry Township on March 5. Police saw video surveillance of Getty allegedly taking multiple tool kits with a combined value of about $845. Police said Getty fled in a vehicle.Tuesday — Robert R. Barkus III, 35, of Cranberry, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after allegedly stealing from Walmart in Cranberry Township on Dec. 17. Police saw video surveillance allegedly showing Barkus not ringing up multiple items and then trying to leave the store. Barkus was stopped by an employee. Police said Barkus had paid about $104 for his items, but the total for the unpaid items was about $350.Tuesday — Ty'Asia A. Pitts, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with retail theft after allegedly stealing from Walmart on March 12. Pitts was stopped by an employee who said they saw video surveillance of Pitts allegedly neglecting to scan items in her cart and tried to leave with them. Police said the unpaid items had a combined value of about $157.March 9 — Jonathan W. Meilander, 26, of Bellevue was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after allegedly stealing from Walmart in Cranberry Township on Feb. 14. Police said Meilander stole a variety of items, including groceries, clothing, home goods and electronics, with a value of about $180.

March 12 — Kathleen D. Creedon, 67, of Petrolia, was charged with a first-offense DUI related to a one-vehicle crash Feb. 18 on Blair Road in Washington Township. Police arrived at the scene and found a white sedan crashed into a ditch. Police said Creedon was visibly intoxicated and was arrested. Documents said a blood test was later performed and revealed her blood-alcohol content to be .182%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
