Fire destroys camper in Brady Twp.
This is a breaking news article — read more in Wednesday's Butler Eagle.BRADY TWP — Multiple fire departments responded Tuesday afternoon to the scene of an empty camper home that went up in flames at 281 Staff Road.According to firefighters on scene, a neighbor called in the fire at 4:25 p.m. when he saw black smoke coming up from the camper.Firefighters contained the flames in about a half hour, but the fire rendered the home a complete loss. The fire also burned part of the surrounding woods.Firefighters are investigating the cause of the fire, but propane tanks at the home might have been a factor, according to Slippery Rock Fire Chief Ryan Hanchosky.
