“Take Back the Woods: Battling Invasive Species” will take place April 17 at Jennings Environmental Education Center in Brady Township.

Invasive plants like multiflora rose, barberry, or garlic mustard take over native plant habitat.

During this volunteer event, individuals or groups of up to 12 volunteers can sign up for their own one-hour time slot between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
