Teen testifies against former Prospect councilman in indecent assault case

A 14-year-old girl held firm her accusations of being inappropriately touched by a former Prospect councilman at a preliminary hearing Wednesday.The girl testified in courtroom of District Judge Bill O’Donnell in the case against David B. Stellfox, 74, about three alleged incidents that happened more than two years ago.Stellfox is charged with felony counts of corruption of minors and unlawful contact with minors, as well as a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault against a person younger than 13. Stellfox has been released on his own recognizance since his arraignment in January.
