Joseph E. Hinchberger, 66, of Portersville passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

He was born July 2, 1954, in Butler, and was the son of the late LaVerne Hinchberger and Marjorie (Taylor) Horstman.

Joseph worked at Armco for over 25 years, after which he turned his career toward being a general contractor and the maintenance manager of Lake Arthur Estates.

Joseph enjoyed fishing, camping and especially riding his Harley. He was known to be a “Jack of all trades” and could fix anything.

Joseph was the boyfriend of Christina Moyer; father of Joei (David) Lamb, Joshua (Amy) Hinchberger, Jaime (Aaron) Gregor, and Autumn, Payden, Dakota and Dylan Hinchberger; brother of David (Janice) Hinchberger, Cindy (Jerry) McConnell, Rita (Harold) Watterson and Troy (Joann) Hinchberger; grandfather of Kirsten, Kyleigh, Brady, Reese, Holden, Bailee, Zoe, Dayzee, Markee and Eden; and the great-grandfather of Brynleigh.

He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved niece, Erin Hinchberger.

HINCHBERGER — Friends of Joseph E. Hinchberger, who died Wednesday, March 3, 2021, will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at SPENCER D.
