Charles F. Swank, 81, of Butler peacefully passed away at his residence on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, with his family by his side.

Born July 25, 1939, in Erie, he was the son of the late Rehl W. and Glenda Hawkins Swank.

He was a retired high school teacher from the Moniteau School District.

He was a member of St. Christopher Roman Catholic Church, where he enjoyed volunteering and being a member in the Men’s Club.

He is survived by his wife, Davileen Shimo Swank; two daughters; five grandchildren; and one sister.

SWANK — Visitation for Charles F. Swank, who died Tuesday, March 16, 2021, will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 387 Main St., Prospect.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Christopher Roman Catholic Church, 229 N. Franklin St., Prospect. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m.

For memorial contributions, the family suggests a Mass be offered for Charles and all the departed souls.
