Police say they received a call about a car stuck on a guardrail on East Jefferson Street. Police checked the license plate, discovering the car was reported stolen from Duquesne, Allegheny County. While police talked to the caller, they noted a man walking toward them yelling. Police arrested Ricci and allegedly noticed a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. Police also discovered that a warrant for his arrest was issued through the Duquesne police department. While in the police car, Ricci appeared to be “continuously talking to himself and sweating profusely, while all four vehicle windows were down and it was a cool evening, approximately 64 degrees outside,” police said. Ricci was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital and agreed to have his blood drawn. He has yet to be arraigned in Allegheny County, and does not appear to have a lawyer, according to court records.
